Myspaceprofilemanager.com

The guys over at MyspaceProfileManager.com wanted me to have a look at their services they provide and let you all know what i think.

MyspaceProfilemanager is a service you pay for to have someone else run adders on more sophisticated equipment and a faster connection than most people have available to them. Currently you can add friends, post timed bulletins, and make comments.

Bottom Line : Pay them 10 bucks a month per myspace account and they do the adding for you. Generally seeing a minimum of 30 visitors on average to the site that your myspace profile is promoting.

Our goal is to request friends for each of your profiles 5 times per day for about 200 friend invitations.

Here are a few statements on the service from the source that i found interesting:

1. Our service is never rendered obsolete as a result of changes that Myspace makes on their site. We have a full time developer that does nothing but update the bots to react to Myspace changes. We encounter at least 2 changes a month that would cause traditional client bots to stop working unless an update was released.

Yes, we’ve all seen issues arise with our traditional bots, however it does not generally render them useless. Before the captcha change, bulletins were generally targeted as most users use these to spam and phish.

2. Our service is much more efficient than traditional bots. All the profiles are stored in a central database that the bots draw from. A traditional bot will stop working when it completes a task for a profile or when it encounters a captcha. Our adder bots run 24 / 7 for our customers without human intervention. When one task or profile is done, the bots move
to the next task or profile.

Yes, we have this, its chaining and we think its wicked sweet. The statement that the service is more efficient than a traditional bot does certainly seem to be a biased opinion. The biggest flaw of this service…NO TARGETED ADDING. Quality over quantity, always.

3. Our bots have a higher connection speed and CPU allocation than a traditional bot would have. A normal bot user is running the bot on their personal machine with a connection speed of less than 5 MBps. Our bots run on dual CPU server class machines with the fastest possible connection.

Ok, but these apps dont require that you’re running a dual core pc on a gig trunk. Certainly speed can play an issue…but then if thats so…i should expect that i should get more than 30 impressions a day. More often than not myspace.com is the bottleneck anyways.

4. We are the only service or bot that addresses captchas bar none. We found that bots that attempt to circumvent the captchas at high volumes result in Myspace flagging the profiles. Our system appears more normal to Myspace than any other method because each captcha is manually entered.

I won’t argue that this is the best captcha method around. Enter in the damn things manually.

Our service improves each month by integrating user feedback into the bots. When we launched we had an unacceptably high number of cancellations. We listened to the customers and made improvements. In the past month our customer cancellation rate has dropped to virtually zero. At this point, more than 50% of our customers add more profiles to their account within their first two weeks of service. We respond to customer communications same day and personalize our service to each customer.

All in all i think this service may prove useful to those who dont need or want to spend that much time in the myspace void. I believe this would best be suited for a small buisness that is looking for a quick way to garner some quick traffic from myspace with minimal effort. If you’re in a band, keep your adder. If you’re a promoter, keep your adder. If you’re an individual using an adder for yourself, you may want to re-evaluate your life priorities. =) happy stalking.
