They're always on top of updates and their support is top notch. And they don't mysteriously dissappear and re-emerge as another company. They've been around much longer than these other companies (I think I've had mine close to 2 years now) and it doesn't look like they're going anywhere anytime soon. I think they definitely deserve more stars on your site than you give them. Maybe you need another category for ranking.. RELIABILITY.. cause I mean.. we look to this site for which bot to buy, and Badder Adder has a ridiculously (unjustified IMO) awesome review.. so we all buy it.. and now they're down and probably up as Legal Adder now as some other guy mentioned above, so now people are buying it twice. They're scam artists. Plus I don't really see that Eek is inferior to these other bots. I've tried the demos and they're not all that impressive. I think they're all comparable honestly.. but Eek has been around the longest and probably deserves to be the top ranked bot because of reliability alone IMO. I mean seriously, who cares which one's .17 seconds faster or looks better if you have to buy it 12 times? Just a little rant that you'll hopefully take into consideration on your site...
